Cota to host inaugural Bogota v Antioquia fixture

The Bogota Sports Club in Cota, Cundinamarca has been announced as the venue for the inaugural Colombian Rugby League XIII Inter-State Representative fixture later this year.

Taking place on Saturday, February 17, the Inter-State match will see the Colombian capital of Bogota take on the the northwestern State of Antioquia, in what will be the first competitive match of Rugby League played in the South American nation.

The representative fixture has come about following a series of successful training clinics held in both regions leading up to the Latinoamericano Championship, where the Colombian national team, the Condores, finished third.
